Rattle at decel- Exhaust valves?

Rattle at decel- Exhaust valves?
All,
Took the S8 through a touchless car wash, now there is a rattle at decel after accellerating. Could I have screwed up the exhaust butterfly valves? Was not like this before the wash. Checked on them and they are closed and are not stuck or SEEM lose, but water may have gotten behind them? I may just tie them open. Any other thoughts? Doesn't sound like a wheel bearing or CV, since those should make noise regardless of accel/decel.
Oh, and never again through the car wash!
