rear electric parking motor interchange?

My left rear parking motor crapped out. Have the opportunity to buy a whole caliper/parking brake assembly from the right side for cheap.
Can i swap the motors around?

The parking brake motor housing is plastic and they tend to crack a lot... Which then lets in dirt/water/sand that gets between the two gears and locks the motor. If this happens with yours, it is trivial to take apart, clean and reseal.
