Scratch on Bumper

Scratch on Bumper
Hey Guys,
I accidentally tapped a car behind me when I was backing up and got two dime size divots/scratches in my bumper.
It's on the panel right above where the back-up sensors are located.
Any ideas on how much that costs to fix and do I need to go to a body shop?
