What module can cause a low voltage on Terminal 30? I know the 40A fuse for the compressor is tied to Terminal 30, but what else? Does it originate from Power Management unit?

Could it be just low battery at some point?

 

12.13 Volts on Battery at rest. This fault was cleared and came back immediately. Something else is causing the terminal 30 under voltage.
