They may have horrible quality but MB has the best customer service...
It's almost midnight and a MB tech is here at the house working on our C-Class because the alarm won't stop going off.

I could believe that! When I had my E320 they came to my house...
and fixed my rear window because it rolled down but refused to roll back up. They said it was a safety issue and came right out.
However, upon calling my service advisor today to discuss the frustration of my windshield wipers that stop in the middle of the windshield at the worst possible moments - his response has me looking for my advocate's phone number! I was told that since the wipers behavior is unpredictable and can't be duplicated, I'll have to wait for them to FAIL, then I can bring my car in and they will then know what to fix! So I guess seeing through the windshield in a downpour isn't a safety issue... <shaking head>
