particles and other "gross" materials will be stored under these seats after about 3 years.
I also notice there are alot of "other" cravices to be sure to get into while vacuming, that I didn't have to worry about in D2's.
Also, on the our last "road" trip Angel ( SEE POSTER for PIC ) decided to find and eat an ADVIL on the back floor and the VET frantically told us ( half way to the beach ) that we needed to enduce vomiting ( with hydrogen peroxide ).
Still trying to vacumn out the "crusties" from the perforated seats.
I know, more than you needed to know about, but just wanted to caution everyone.

Re: I found french fries in my car
Yes, they absorb coffee spills real well. I found Mc Donalds fries all over the back of my car and even a kids toy and quarters in the seats. A benefit from purchasing a pre-owened Audi from a wholesaler. Atleast the certified cars get cleaned real well.

I've had concerns about keeping those seats clean too
Thank goodness I have an awesome vacuum, I use the little brush attachment on the seat cushions and they still look like new. Plus it has a powered hand tool that does a great job on the carpet.
Glad that your Angel is okay - I haven't been brave enough to take Sparky in the A8 - picture a 70 lbs. dog who wants to sit on your lap while driving...

Poor Angel, how could an Advil be so bad?
Aren't they like candy for Adults? At least ibuprofane (sp?) is for me after a long day working on the house or car.....

OT:That's what I thought...Marilyn just happened to turn...
around and saw Angel chew one just like candy. She knew I had dropped one down the side of the drivers seat (as I took one) the day before we left. I said she would be just fine, but now, so she calls the lady we got her from ( Small Dog Rescue ) and she says for a dog Angels' size (12lbs)that it can effect her liver, etc. So please call your vet to get advise. Marilyn did and Vet says get hydrogen peroxide down her to make her upchuck. Have you ever tried to find hydrogen peroxide and then get a small dog to swallow hydrogen peroxide, on the side of a road in a not too safe part of a large city. She's was fine the next day.
I think PaulW is the only one on the board, besides JimR, that might know/remember the full story of how we obtained Angel. Let's just say she became a part of the family after Marilyn's accident 2 years ago.
