Default mmi interface is wear and tear

when you dump hot chocolate into it. Thats one mighty expensive beverage. $800 or so for the interface + labor... figure a gran.

outside influence like death by beverage is not warranty.

Scratches on the aluminum ***** is wear and tear... Now if the things oxidized due to a poor clearcoating or powdercoating/anodizing then that would be a defect in craftsmanship.

Default Wear and Tear items...

Brake Pads and rotors
Wiper Blades (most 2005 and newer Audi's are shipped with 2 sets of blades)
Incandescent light bulbs
Clutch Friction Disks
Interior trim (excluding seat covers that tear at the seams)

These items will only be covered for 12 mos or 12k miles whichever comes first.

Default So if your MMI acts up/crashes/needs replaced it's covered

for 4 yrs/50K or are they warranty ( what is warranty period )? If your tranny craps out or the issue you are dealing with your D3 in the drive train, is it cover for 4 yrs/50K or are they warranty ( what is warranty period )? If your head gaskets leak, is covered for 4 yrs/50K or are they warranty ( what is warranty period ) ? If your rear seals start leaking is it covered for 4 yrs/50K or are they warranty ( what is warranty period )? If your window decides to not go up and down, is it covered for 4 yrs/50k or are they warranty ( what is warranty period)? If your sunroof refuses to open and close correctly, is it covered for 4 yrs/50K or is it warranty ( what is warranty period )? etc. Is it bumper to bumper except brake pads, rotors, windshield wipers for 4 yrs/50K ?

This will get to be a very sticky ( wicket )!
