Weird noise from rear wheel when car turns off

Hi guys,
Today I noticed my 04 A8 got some weird noise from rear wheel arch after car turns off. I thought the noise like some issue with parking break engaging. However I didn't engaged parking break at all!

Then what else it could be? Air suspension?

I've recorded it here:

Every 1000 km your parkingbrake will recalibrate itself , nothing to worry about.
If it's making the noise every time when you leave the car then there is a problem.

Thanks mate. So assured (especially my another car LR Discovery3 just broke transfer case after off roading...)
