I got an 06 A8L I think I got a cheap deal but with that comes a lot of problems
this will be our 3rd car the plan is to take this on long road trips

she has a few lights on and lets say quirks

first off I think the battery is to big? 95R-1050
I think thats a H9 and it doesnt really fit it the hole properly

You need an H8 95R with at least 900 CCA. H9 is a little too long.

an H8 is a group 49. The proper A8 battery is an H9 or by group size is designated a 95R ;it does fit. They are sort of difficult to move into place in the tight confines of the batt compartment, but it is an exact post placement for the cable ends. And the battery vents overboard in an A8, so make sure the vent hose is properly attached.
