Default 13' A8L 4.0T, 120k miles...oh boy

A few months ago I picked up a 2013 A8L 4.0T that had 115k miles at the time, close to 120k on it now. Car was just immaculate, carfax showed the previous owners taking it to the dealer for every scheduled maintenance interval. Fingers crossed, no major issues so far!

So far all I've done is an oil change which was pretty straight forward. Where the turbo oil lines connect to the turbos is a little dirty but nothing fresh looking. I'm curious if the spark plugs are an easy DIY change? I'm fairly mechanically inclined but I like having specific procedures for stuff like that.

It does have a few quarks that I was wondering if anyone else can report on:
- Making a turn at a stop light and giving it around 1/2-3/4 throttle the acceleration is pretty choppy (the wastegate(?) flutter is very audible here too). Feels more like a software issue more than anything, maybe this would fix itself with an aftermarket tune? I should say though I can sit at a stop, do a torque converter stall and smash it and it just flies with zero issues, revs out really nice. This was probably the most surprising thing about the car, just how hard it launches for a soft cushy land yacht.
- I have the dreaded 1k/3k rpm engine vibration. Was considering doing downpipes with a tune so this would fix itself, but I also read that just cutting out and replacing the stock flex pipe might fix this in the interim(for arguably less money lol)?
- It has a slight whine around 1.2k rpm, only really noticeable in parking lots, moving or parked. Dealer said this is probably power steering pump, but they were just guessing. It doesn't whine when I turn the wheel, fluid looks nice and clear.

Other than those specific things it's been golden so far, such an enjoyable car on long trips. I recently spent a weekend doing paint correction and applying cquartz ceramic coating(highly recommend btw), I'll post some pics soon.
