Merc compatible wheels are 112.5 x 5 and 66.6mm but cone seat. So a lot of aftermarket were made for them.

Cone seat? In any event, I can't go wrong going after wheels that'll fit the S7 and that's what I really needed to know.

Audi is ball seat. As in, the shoulder of the lug bolt had a rounded off look. On conical, that same area looks like an angle cut.

Yes, if you get Audi OE in the bigger hub center and similar offset, good to go with stock bolts.
