Default A8 D4 front headrests
I cant move the front headrests. As far as i can tell they are manual and not electric as i cant see any buttons or settinfings for them in MMI. i have tried what the book says and gripped both sides of headrest but it refuses to move up or down. same on both front seats.

They are controlled electrically from the seat switch that changes the recline of the seat back.

Raise the switch to raise the headrest....
