Air Condition Adjustment in MMI?
Just read a SSP for the D4 and noticed there was supposed to be an option in MMI to adjust AC Mode to soft, medium, and intensive (see attached picture). However I have never seen such option on my car. So I’m wondering if anyone else has it enabled either from factory or via VCDS.

I do recall various AC modes on my D4, but I think the names they ended up using differ from what the manual here states. That isn't uncommon in manuals, as those are usually translated from the original German and the words chosen as the best translation may be different. You could spend an hour exploring the menus in these cars.

Mine just doesn’t have any options for AC mode at all. Only things in MMI are footwell temperature, recirculation sensitivity, and rear cabin setting.

I recall mine having that same setting as the picture. Does your car have 4 zone climate control? It may be limited to cars with that setup. Manuals cover cars of every option level, leading to some descriptions being a bit off if your's isn't as equipped as the car the manual was written for. They try to make note when a function is attached to an option, but there are always things that get missed. My Mercedes has a description in the manual for a foot activated trunk and makes no mention of the fact it requires a properly optioned car to have it at all.

Supplemental heater is for TDI. It should have options ‘Auto’ and ‘off’. Because diesels are so efficient they take forever to heat up, ipso-facto Audi gives you the option to engage said supplemental heater to give you cabin heat sooner
