The 2014 model has a $3500 option called "Rear Seat Comfort Plus Package". It Includes:

-Separate power rear outboard seats
-Rear seat ventilation with massage
-Front passenger seat adjustment from rear seat
-5 passenger configuration

Comments:
Without this option, we have 5 passenger configuration, so I suspect that they put this as part of this package to clarify that this is a 5 passenger configuration. The "Executive rear seat comfort package" is not on the 2014 list but it had 4 passenger configuration, I believe.

Question:
What does "separate power rear outboard seats" mean?

The outboard seats are the seats by the left and right rear windows, as opposed to the middle seat area. Both these seats have power controls for varying seat positions. The best is the "lounge" position that moves the seat back rear-wards and extends bottom forward---creates a very comfortable and relaxing lounge position. Darn, I really need to get a chauffer!!! :^)
