deAutoLED made me custom footwell LEDs for my 2014 Audi S8 with ambience lighting. I mailed in my original part and they use to design the new LED. The new LEDs are super bright and clean and fully dimmable. I am very happy with the outcome and I highly recommend! The LEDs are color changing via MMI. I chose 5500k bright white and red as my two colors.

Here is the audi part number that the LEDs replace:
4H0-947-415

There are 4 needed (two for the front and two for the back)

These work on 2011 - 2017 D4 models. I also upgraded the licence plate light, trunk lights, glove box lights, puddle lights.

1-glove box (194 style)
2-trunk (194 style)
4 - door jam (194 style)
4-Puddle lights(pin style)

A few options - since it is a dual setup 1 LED has 2 different colors on it all controlled by the MFD (multi-function display unity):

Color choices:
Custom RED/clean 5500k white:
Ivory setting turns into RED
Polar setting & Ruby/Polar setting turns into clean bright 5500k

Custom Red/Red Setup:
