The VCDS tweak list would have this. You could do a quick search and that post would provide more functions.
I have just done this one lately:
[5F - Information Electr.] [Advanced ID - 1A] Note 1st Serial number
[Security Access] Enter Digits 6, 13, 10, 14, 11 of the 1st Serial number
[Adaptation - 10] -> Channel 48
Set to 255
Reset MMI

Video In Motion - prevent the car from suppressing DVD playback once the speed of the car rises above 5 mph[5F - Information Electr.] [Advanced ID - 1A] Note 1st Serial number
[Security Access] Enter Digits 6, 13, 10, 14, 11 of the 1st Serial number
[Adaptation - 10] -> Channel 48
Set to 255
Reset MMI
