Anyone have issues with the arm rest? I have different levels of resistance between the driver and passenger side and the drivers side is sprung about 2-3inches from the closed position. levels off when I rest on it...

When it first started getting weird a I asked the dealer and they quoted me $1100 for a new one. They also said that there is no adjustments..when it wears out buy a new one or live with it.

I got one of the chrome access caps off today and see the threads just wasn't able to make it better though. Looks very adjustable to me.

is your car not CPO? Mine is and I had a similar issue and Audi put a whole new set in for free, both sides even though one had a problem. Also got a new steering wheel since I didn't think it was heating up properly. Turns out (a) got a new $1500 wheel for free and (b) Audi steering wheels suck at heating up - no difference with the new wheel.

You can code the steering wheel heat temp with VCDS. Dealer I would think could adjust as well.
