In currently own a audi s8 2015

i was searching on a few vag mods for my audi s8
i found a few thanks to you guys on this forum.

my audi s8 as front pre sense reder / lane assist
so i wanted to activate Sign recognition on my audi s8 4h
2015?
looking and reading on pass thread it says the front two lower cameras in bumper pick up signs is this correct ?
if anyone knows how to do this
please kindly reply back or if anyone has a old tread / please guide me to it
