Lowering 2014 S8
Getting new tires installed today and tempted to lower the car a bit. After reading/watching folks perform the work I can't help but think it is just altering the calibration of the height sensors. I would be using the VagCom software to perform the task so I guess if carefully documented, I could return everything back to original spec. Also, most of the cars I see being lowered are standard A8s. Is my S8 as low as it should go?

I lowered mine with VCDS ~17mm. Kept all original numbers in case i decide to go back to factory height. Photos below are before and after lowering. Good luck!

Is there a link or thread to follow how to do this? I have searched, but no luck. I would like to review how to do this and what the coding will alter the height.
