Maybe the recall excluded the TDI model?
I have a 2016 A8L TDI and going to the website with my vin# shows no recall...

I am showing no recalls on my TDI either, I think you're correct

Verified that our 2013 A8 SWB model with 3.0 TFSI engine is not included in the recall. Thanks to dwboston for highlighting it anyway.

Dealer did the recall while my 2015 A8L was in for the 35k mile service yesterday.

For those that have had the recall done and also regularly scan their vehicle I wanted to see if you also saw faults for fuel level sensors. This would make sense due to the need to take down fuel tank. Also saw codes for both rear seat temperature sensor which I assume could also be in the area they were working.

After getting the service done for this recall, I hear a buzzing/humming sound coming from the rear of the vehicle. It kinda sounds like a small motor running. Has anyone else experienced this? 2015 S8

Made a service appointment with Audi Tulsa to have oil change and fuel rail issue taken care of. Upon arrival, was told that parts were backordered and would be unavailable for quite a while due to large backlog. Don't know if this really is the case, or just the local dealer blowing smoke. At any rate, issue is not being well-handled by Audi....very disappointing for a brand that up until now has had a good reputation.
