Default Options and packages

After much research and hemming and hawing I've found two, 2011 CPO A8L 4.2s. I've decided I definitely want a CPO car with the the Drivers Assistance and the Cold Weather package, along with the Premium Package.

Car 1 has my "required" packages, low milage + full LED, and Dual Pane glass.
Car 2 also has the "required" packages, moderate milage + Night Vision

Car 1 costs about $8-10k more.

I'm leaning toward Car 1 given I do a lot of phone calls in the car and I'm hopeful the background noise would be less with the Dual Pane Glass option (is this true?). I also think that the LED would be more functional for me than the night vision which seems to be sort of a gimmick (but I could be wrong)...any thoughts from current owners on "must have" options?

Night Vision Assist is helpful if you drive at night on dark roads, especially roads populated with deer; also helpful in dense fog.

The LED headlights are very good, best lighting I've experienced. Dual pane glass will help reduce noise to some extent, as well as helping insulate against excessive outside temps. IMO go with car 1---the LEDs and dual pane glass are more functional for everyday utility.
