My bad. Saw RR and immediately thought Range. Still like the positive D5 stories

I gave up a R8 for the Ghost and that turned out to have been a bad decision. Oh well, UFWP.

My current lineup.... both 2023.

What a beautiful collection! I was in a showroom the other day and saw a R8 on the showroom floor. It made me pause. A cool $300K (Canadian). I probably won't do it again, though as I got the shenanigans out of my system already, haha.

No idea! I thought about the FS but it's a dressed up A8. The automotive World is in a state of flux. There's a lack of investment towards ICE powered cars and I don't really care for EVs.

100% with you regarding the state of flux the automotive world is in. We have been spoiled to a certain extent with the A8's and its understated performance and luxury. Most people don't even know the A8 exists, and I like it that way. As far as EV's go, I also have zero interest in them.

I like the way that Hybrids are available in the Volkswagen Group. Audi, Porsche, Bentley :-

After the BSG debacle that we're all aware of, I have absolutely 0 desire to own anything hybrid. 5 years ago on this very forum I had stated that I'd pay extra money to get rid of the 48V system on the D5. I stand by that today :-)

There's already another thread on this forum of a PHEV D5 owner who has a dead car b/c the battery is dead.
