when i turn on the radio it has SAFe on the display i have the code but what do you do to enter it? Thanks for any and all help

I just bought a 91 100 yesterday and i have the code prob. too. How did you get your code? I looked behind the spare and under the carpet in the trunk... the only codes I see in the trunk are for engine & tranny.
