Anybody know why the cell phone speaker keeps beeping?

A very loud BREEEP keeps comes out of the cell phone speaker (the one below the armrest). It seems to be happening randomly, on an irregular interval. The car does not have a cell phone installed, so I'm puzzled as to why it's beeping.

I also had this, plus a "chirping" at regular intervals from the speaker.

I stopped it by just disconnecting the phone in the trunk, it's not operational anyway.

You might have the fuse (wo/phone); disconect it, trunk left, under carpet, at the end of a wire.
