I've been to several shops and they all say they won't touch it
one guy said once it starts peeling nothing will stick to the door panel, which I think is bull@#$%
help please it looks tacky and I want it fixed

3M Spray Adhesive Industrial Strength worked great on the roof of my Passat. I haven't delt with the door at all though but this stuff worked well.

I think the person who said nothing will to stick to the panel is correct. I tried several adhesive and nothing work for a long period of time. I finally went to Shokan Audi recycler and got a used panel, which was perfect and has been for a few years now.
