best? I only ask because none of my local auto parts stores sell their products but they have products that supposedly do the same thing.

Like everything else in the world there are always claims that one product is just like another...
Wrong.
The BG44K is known industry wide as THE best induction system cleaner. Wynn's makes a product that I've also heard is very well liked, but I've never seen it or used it.
BG44K and the 3 or 4 pack induction service kits are for sale on ebay all day long and they are dirt cheap. The local shops here charge $33 for just the single can of 44K that goes into your fuel tank. You should be able to get the whole induction kit on Ebay for around $25-30.
Don't be the guy that uses "other" stuff.....be it parts, injection cleaner, fluids, seals or whatever......and then comes back here saying, "Well, I did such-n-such and now it's doing this."
I'm not trying to dog you, just giving you some advice in the vein of, you don't always need to reinvent the wheel.
