Brake Noise?

Brake Noise?
When turning at low speeds, with the fan off I hear a noise that resembles a brake noise, kind of like brake pads getting low noise. (I had the brakes done about a 7K ago, so I don't think that's it.) The noise doesn't happen in a straight line, only when turning right or left.
Any ideas?

Re: Brake Noise?
I only hear it from the left front wheel. I hear it equally when I turn to the left or the right. I've diagnosed wheel bearings before when they sound like knobby tires, but this is a pretty continuous swish-swish sound. It's not very rhytmic and there is no pulsation on the brake pedal.

Re: Brake Noise?
This is usually the brake backing plate that causes a noise when turning. On my car i could never get it aligned properly. One day it would be ok but the minute i hit a heavy bump the the noise would come back.I Sprayed some Molyslip on the plate and the noise is not as bad as before

Re: Brake Noise?
I have a similar problem, a rythmic squeak from the front right wheel when I am turning left. More noticable when accelerating. I havent had a chance to investigate yet but any pointers on where to start would help.
