Default CAMS - doing engine rebuild - do they improve much?

Question. What cams do we have for the 2.8L? Mine is in 93 100. Timing belt jumped a few teeth, and I am now doing a complete rebuild.

I know there are some cams, but how much do they improve? Is it worthwhile?

Any other tips?
Thanks!

Default If you're doing a complete rebuild, and have time, read through the last few months of...

the 12v forum. GOBS of info there for making power. A certain fellow there has doubled the power output.

Someone was dyno'ing some 264 cams IIRC, but hasn't told us the results yet.
