change bulbs in the gear shift unit itself???????
anyone know which bulbs and how to i get to them. i am speaking of the shifter itself. the lights are very dim, can hardly see it? any help would be appreciated..its for a 97 a6q

There's a bulb on the left side of the shifter, under the display. Lift the wood plate and you'll see it.
