Code 16554 Fuel trim?

From Bentley Manual, Fuel Trim Malfunction (Bank 1)....
Several potential causes: intake air leak in the area of the intake manifold, oil dilution (fuel in oil) because of frequent cold starts or driving short distances, MAF sensor -G70- supplies false signal, or oil burning with faulty piston.

Everything seems to be fine with the car, it starts right up, running very normal, no power loss or any signs of troubled gas or FI. Yes, my wife does drive short distance and stop and go a lot.
