Default cruise control

System is leaking Bentley manual talks about diagnosing first by checking for leaks in actuator, lines, T fitting, vent valve. actuator works and lines and Tfitting appear ok. Is the vent valve located behind brake pedal which looks like a hose a hose appears to connect?
