Default Error in the instrument cluster

Hello,
I hope someone can help me. Recently coolant temperature gauge and fuel level gauge stopped working at the same time + clock only works when the car is running. All warning bulbs, speedometer, voltmeter and tachometer are working fine. I already checked the wiring and didn't find anything suspicious. How I can check if the voltage regulator, stabilizer/regulator are working correctly and where I can find these components?

Audi A6 Avant (C4), 2.5 tdi, 103 kW.

Thanks Rusty for schematics. The problem was in the fuse. I replaced the damaged one, but the fuel level gauge probably is not showing the correct level anymore.
