Hesitation over 5000rpm

High Flow Stainless steel cats $120 each (TDL) not listed on webpage
yep...I'm almost sure my cats are done. Especially with my occasionally CEL from misfire in cylinder 1 detect. Sometimes fuel spits out the exhaust at startup and I hear a (almost like a vibrating buzzing sound from my exhaust at 1800-2000 rpm) coming from my cat back section. Well, I am replacing my O2 sensors this before the cats this weekend and will replace the cats along with new O2 sensors after converter)in the future.
That will be when I get some headers 1100$(TDL) along with their stainless steel High Flow cats (120$ each)/possibly new downpipes too; and eventually the next stage will be port&polished heads from them $950 since they have them ready...but I will keep my Schrick 260's, ported intake manifold $250, JE pistons 900-1100$((havent decided on demensions or what compression that I want yet)), race prepared connecting rods with TDL bolts 485$. All of the above should be bolted on by Nov.
Meantime I am looking into some lighter/stronger crankshafts and adjustable fuel pressure regulators / Maybe even a 50-75 shot of nitrous. Could probably only handle 75shot at most that is in stock form.

The stock cats are welded in ..so they have to be cut and these new ones welded in; contact TDL for further info because I don't know if they are universal or not. Also when I have that buzzing/vibrating sound from exhaust which is usually around 1800-2000rpm; that is when my CEL comes back on (cyl 1 misfire detected) after it has shut off because of not detecting any during a certain amount of drive cycles + it also seems like whenever I use techron concentrate and it gets below half a tank I don't have any misses. Thoughts, opinons? Would a clogged cat cause a misfire possibly?
