<center><img src="http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c157/schlegle910/kenwood.jpg"></center><p>could someone please help me, ive asked before and have gotten tid-bits of information but i dont think i got enough because i keep doin it wrong.This is the wiring diagram for my new stereo (kenwood KDC MP535U) im really hoping someone can help me with this because i dont think i can live without music much longer(lol) and im obviously not doing a good enough job on my own becuase its still not workin. I was wondering if someone could tell me what wires to hook each of these up to on my 1996 A6(i pretty sure it didnt have bose,but idk) and is there a special place that i can connect that brown wire that i keep hearing people talking about, the alarm wire or something like that and id really like to use the telemute on this stereo but where do i hook it up to?


any help would be a god send,

you will use the red/white output plugs next to the disk changer plugs.

This is the wiring to the back of the stock headunit. notice where the speakers connect. if you have BOSE, you will use the LINE OUT section.

ok this kinda helps but its hard for me to understand becuase whoever had the car before me had an aftermarket reciever put in, but when i got the car they had taken the reciever with them nad left me with a little hole in the dash adn a bunch of spilced wires, the little plugs that the wires where connected into are completely gone, so really the only way i can tell is by color like brown=ground and that kinda stuff
