It does not leak much - maybe 1 liter per year, but I really do not want to have TB failed. Is it emergency to have cooling pump leaking a litle bit? Should I retighten the bolts around it?

How old is the pump? On the cab when the pump went bad...
it leaked about a liter/day. It wasn't really a problem, I just topped off the coolant when needed. After I replaced the TB/water pump, the pump leaked bad. I thought I over torqued the pump and busted the gasket. So I went back in to replace the gasket only to find it was not broke. I guess I could've start by tightening the bolt to the proper torque. When torque-ing the bolts I tried to tighten bolts that were opposite of each other, never one right next to the one I just tightened.

Not an emergency, but something that you should keep a watchful eye on...
When you start to hear it whine and/or the leak increase significantly, then it is time for replacement. Most likely source of the leak is the shaft seal, not the gasket. Since you're at 65K miles, you might consider doing the TB maintence within the next 15K miles, at which time you would replace the pump anyway.
