Mystery Part - Help Identify Me - 1994 100cs
This part was found resting/dangling between the 2 pieces of trim (brown interior/black general cover) on the driver's side shin/knee area, above the foot pedals. I think it may be part of the ignition (back side, but can't say as I have not torn into it.
I'm also led to believe it's part of the ignition system as the car will not start. Specifically, when turning the key, all interior lights fire up, but the solenoid does not make a peep, as obviously the starter. I should mention that the car was starting fine, then all of a sudden....nothing.
Further, from what I understand, when the ignition starts to go in these cars (100s) other electrical glitches start to appear....my hazard light indicator is blinking.
No doubt, I could be wrong, thus I'm looking to more educated eyes in this matter. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!

Almost 99.9% sure it goes on the back side of the ignition switch:

Get this. I dig into car and find switch still intact...the black housing was not broken/missing.
I contact the prior owner.....he indicated that he may have changed one out and left the parts in the cavity, thus falling to where I found it.
Anyone, know if there is a fuseable link for the starter/ignition and where it is?
