I also got hit last night while parked on the street
Looks like the damages are the lights, bumper, hood and fender. Could be more.
How much can I expect from the insurance company? Would they total the car if the repair bill excess the 75% of the value?
Any other advice?

What the @#$% is going on here!
Well, it's certainly not totaled.
You flex that hood corner back into position yourself and the fender edges should move easily as well. Then it's a matter of hanging a used bumper, headlight and corner marker and having someone paint to match.
Man, I'm sorry to see this happen and I hope you have insurance coverage that will pick up some of repair costs after you pay a small deductible.
