Hi, does anyone have any tips on how to fix the following on a 95 A6?

1) I have a huge paint smear on the bumper where the car rubbed the garage. No dents, just paint smear.

2) My radio cuts out for a few seconds when I lower the volume. I think maybe an amp is blown? It's the BOSE system.

3) My windshield washer squirters stopped working altogether. The wipers go, but no squirt action. I don't even hear the little motor like when the tank is empty.

try some 3m polishing compound on the paint
or another type thats just a little abrasive..

could be a faulty volume **** on the radio
since their are more than 1 amps in the car
they all should not cut off at the same time

make sure the plug for the bump is connected.
if it is try connecting the pump to a 12V source to see if its dead, and check the connector to see if it see's 12v when activated..
check fuses..

like $80 or so, have to pull out power steering reservoir, move some hoses, the pump is at the bottom of the fluid tank, so you have to take the whole thing out to replace it.
