I checked the vacum hoses, everything seems good. How can check if master cylinder is bad or what other things I should look at. Thank you.

RE: Can someone please post a picture...
of a caliper(on the car). Need to see exact location(the way it's sits on the caliper) of the securing metal clip on the outer side of the caliper. Looks like both of them were mounted incorrectly. Thanks
