Rotors and Pads
Getting ready to change front brake rotors and all four pads. Thinking of drilled Zimmerman rotors for the front and Axxis ceramics for the pads. Does anyone have any better suggestions? Maybe Brembo? I appreciate the help.

Go with the A8 rotors in Front. More stopping power!!!
A8 rotors have about 10% more sweep area and the caliper is farther away from the hub center. i.e. a larger level arm. You will need 16" wheels and TT brake caliper carriers. Some places have this as a kit.

How is the brake dust on those Pagid's? I don't know
whats on my wifes car (100cs q) but they are horrible! I can't keep my wheels clean for 2 days. They are working fine, I think they are just cheapo pads. I hear organic are best for low dusting?

I think the OEM pads are ATE, the Pagids don't produce as much dust as the OEM pads, but I...
installed Kleen Wheels so I don't have any major dust problem no matter how much dust the pad generates. I selected Pagid because they were recommended by an Audi Tech in an Quattro Quaterly issue. So far, I'm satisfied with their performance for normal driving.

FAQ has info on this (link inside) but in general xdrilled are for looks only.
If you want to improve street performance - get sloted. At least they improve braking in wet weather.
Also there is great option to get A8 rotors (see FAQ for details).
Right now I have A8 Stoptech sloted rotors and AXXIS pads. It is good setup.

Not for normal driving, they have built-in air slots. If you were driving on a track, then Kleen..
Wheels should be removed. Think of them as same thing as a steel wheel with a hubcap.

There are a number of places to purchase Kleen Wheels. Do a Google search & you'll find lots...
of sites. Their home site is www.kleenwheels.com. The cost is ~$36-$40 per pair. You may also find them on eBay.
