hi, with the beautiful sunroof season coming, i need to know a way to clean those rails....last smmer it became very slow, sometimes even stopped.

help any1?

I use one of those scrubbing sponges with that nylon mesh on one side and some warm water with a mild detergent (I also place large towels over the front seats). And follow it up with a clean damp sponge. For the worm gear, I use Q-tips soaked in electrical parts cleaner and toothpicks to clean the crud out. Then lube with Wurth teflon lubricant or equivilant.

I had some of the same problems as you, and after I did the above I havn't had a problem in over a year.
