Swapping interior from 97 sedan to 97 wagon

I have a 97 a6 sedan that has a black leather interior. I am buying a 97 a6 wagon that has grey cloth. Are they interchangeable? I figure the fronts will swapbut what about the back seats? I doubt they will but thought I'd check. Also wondering if anyone has a pic of a 97 avant with 2001 s4 wheels? Searched but never found any. Thanks!!
