Default ticking noise in front end

Every time i cut my wheel to turn left while turning i hear a ticking coming from the front end drivers side wheel, i replaced the control arm about 11 months ago, it really only happens when i hit the gas through a turn, any ideas?

Default Replace your outer CV joint. Chances are the boot is cracked, the grease got out, and water got in.

Often, you only hear the clicking under power because the joint has torque on it. When coasting, there's little tension, so it doesn't make noise.
