Default Windshield Squirters lost Pressure

My windshield squirters are not pressurised anymore. Does anyone have a diagram of how the system works and goes together so I can try to fix it.

Much appreciated in advance....

Default Ok, here is what I got..

number 19 - is the pressure cylinder. Probably what you need to replace. Its either that or the pump, item 10. But if you are getting fluid out, no pressure, its probably the cylinders.
