Windshield wiper fluid shooting out of headlight washers...

Default Windshield wiper fluid shooting out of headlight washers...
and not the windshield jets. I dont even have headlight wipers... and one plastic cover is missing. Just recently the fluid stopped shooting out of the windshield jets, and now its is spraying like crazy out by the headlights. Can anyone offer any help or ideas?

Default use a needle to clean the windshield washer jets and
make sure that the lines are still connected.

There are two seperate electric pumps for the the system. One for headlights and the other for windsheild.
