NO to the caps, it makes them look like hubcaps

Go for 17" :-)

looks better w/o in my opinion...

gives the wheels a lil more debth, or a bit more of a knock off to the UrQ ones

I want that dude's supercharger!...

Anyway, when all I had was stock wheels I ran the small black caps with the little black caps for the bolt heads in the summer. Looked better that way to me. The full, smooth caps make it look kinda boring. But, in the winter I run the full caps to try and keep junk out.
