If you can't unlatch them by sliding them toward the front of the car 3/16" and then lift up, you can always cut them flush with the edge of the window gasket. The bulge will remain though.

Try J. C. Whitney (JCWhitney.com) but you'll probably have to call them or get the printed catalog as the website is not the same. They used to sell them.
