I got Stongard headlight protection today for my 2 bulb Euro lights today and I have a question,
When I read the instructions it said the maximum wattage was 60 watts. I was hoping to use a 55/80 H-4 and a 100 H-1. Has anyone tryed that or am I going to melt them at that power level?

Re: I got Stongard headlight protection today for my 2 bulb Euro lights today and I have a question,
I have the same lights and I am running 55/60 h4's and 100 h1's and I have had no problem yet but make sure you buy the extended warranty with the stongard just in case...I am also making my h4's 80/100's the vinyl they use is so thick that the 100w doesn't get hot enough to make a difference.....so you have nothing to worry about.....but do be careful...in the winter when the lights are cold let the engine get warm and heat the lenses cause if they are cold and you kick those lights on they will crack......aren't those lights GREAT....best thing I bought so far
