Use a piece of scrap sheet metal roughly a little smaller than the plate itself. Put a nice bend in it, mount it just below the bumper, secured through the bottom edge of the lip. Screw tag into plate. Done. Plate sits below the bumper, fully visible from ahead, no need to use those cumbersome plate mounts any more. 5 years running this way in NJ, no issues. Comprehende?

For my front German plate, I actually threaded holes into the bumper to screw it right in.

Fits perfectly...though many don't want to bust out the ol' tap and dye set to actually thread their bumpers.

Very straightforward, just bend the metal so you have a flange at the bottom, drill up inot leadin edge of spoiler, secure, mount plate on backing plate. Of course I don't have the pics of the 4kq version. Very simple.
