Just a few pictures
Got the Ronals on today, finally. They are still filthy even after going at them with a toothbrush. I'll get them redone next winter.
Got some sunroof stuff sorted out, but I broke the tabs for the panel that has the switch, so Im gonna need another one of those
Washed the exterior of the car quickly, but didnt give it a wax. I plan on cleaning the interior on Sunday.
So, just a few pictures of me going back to the OEM look. Hopefully gonna get the radio and difflock panel sorted out soon, but I'll need to find a Urq boost gauge. Then I gotta go to Indy for my red leather front seats

Hey mike,
A little tip you may or may not want to try is if you use some comet.. just the household green can of comet powder on the underside of the hood, engine bay white paint and the top fender bolt rails with a stiff soft bristle brush it will whiten most of that up to an almost new look. Then wash out under there with standard auto car wash rinse and some tire shine on the hoses tops it all off. Lookn good though I wish mine ran well enough to drive let alone looking that good!

Nice man. I like that you're going back to OEM look.. I'm going towards the same thing. Though my car was pretty much stock when I bought it, somebody goofed around with some wiring somewhere and certain things dont work as they should.
Also, just thought I'd rub it in that mine came with red leather seats To complete the look you gotta get the matching pinstripes along the sides
Also also, I noticed your "Audi 4000cs" is still chrome while the "quattro" isnt. Mine is the exact opposite... we should trade

They are all chrome
The photo is kind of deceiving due to the light. Those badges were all brand new 3 or so years ago. The dealership said the 4000 badge was NLA, but I got the rest of them fairly cheap. I found a brand new 4000 badge on ebay, but it was broken into 3 pieces! I personally like the black badges better.
My car was bone stock when I bought it and needed some work, but was a good base. Went through my stage of bigger 16' wheels, which I kind of miss.
I love the OEM look, but Im a period correct freak like that
